SNIPMA-HR is the Southern Nevada branch of the IPMA-HR (International Public Management Association-Human Resources), an organization representing the interests of public sector human resource professionals. SNIPMA-HR, members include all levels of public sector HR professionals dedicated to the goal of providing information and assistance to HR professionals to help increase  job performance. SNIPMA-HR also helps to improve overall agency function by providing practical advice, services and educational opportunities to Southern Nevada Human Resource professionals.
